CITY <br /> LEASE AMENDMENT NO.3 <br /> THIS AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is dated for reference purposes <br /> , 2018, by and between the City of Everett, (the "City" or <br /> "Lessor") and Snohomish County Police and Auxiliary Services Center, an interlocal <br /> association of municipalities also known as SNOPAC,which has consolidated with <br /> SNOCOM,and as of January 1, 2018, is now known as Snohomish County 911,("Tenant" <br /> or"Lessee"). This Amendment No. 3 concerns the lease between Tenant and City dated <br /> June 18, 2001, as amended by Lease Amendment No. 1 dated October 5, 2009, and Lease <br /> Amendment No. 2 dated July 9, 2016, (as so amended,the "Lease"). The parties desire <br /> to renew the Lease and revise the term to be consistent with the CAM charge and Lease <br /> rent adjustment anniversary. <br /> Accordingly,the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Extension. The Lease is extended so that it expires on October 31, 2019. This <br /> extension exercises renewal term two of the Lease. A final renewal term for a two <br /> year period remains, which if exercised, would commence on November 1, 2019, <br /> and expire on October 31, 2021. <br /> 2. Full Force and Effect. The parties agree that the Lease remains in full force and <br /> effect without interruption, except as expressly modified by this Amendment. As <br /> of the Effective Date, the parties know of no facts or circumstances that would <br /> constitute a default under the Lease. <br /> 3. Effective Date. The Effective Date of this Amendment is July 1, 2018,regardless <br /> of the date of signatures on this Amendment. <br /> Signatures on following pages <br /> 1 of 3 <br />
