Grout under columns <br /> Non-conformance: On August 26, 2015, a final visual inspection was performed post welding operations on <br /> complete joint penetration welds at north end loading dock near door N-1.1, at lines 10.3 and 10.5 at grids H.5,J, <br /> and K.-The•inspector_was unable to verify if contractors used prequalified welding procedure specifications, nor was <br /> any inter ass welding inspected. An ultrasonic test was performed on the welds in question; no defects were • <br /> detected.
