Please review and respond to the comments below. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. General . The exterior seating is being reviewed by the Public Works development reviewer and is 7") not part of this (building) review. ▪ The City of Everett has an ordinance that regulates grease accumulation and removal, which is administered through the Industrial Pretreatment division of Public Works (IPT). I have contacted that division on behalf of the project regarding the possibility of a (minimum 750 gallon) required grease interceptor. The preliminary response is that the interceptor may not be required for this project; however, Industrial Pretreatment will make final determination. Please contact IPT directly at (425) 257-8240. Prior to the issuance of the plumbing permit, a commercial kitchen-plumbing permit will be required.
