If the Respondent is eligible to enter into an agreed order with the city, and signs <br /> the agreed order, the Respondent is no longer required to appear at the hearing set <br /> forth in Paragraph 6. The Code Officer listed below must be contacted to schedule <br /> an inspection of the property if the Respondent wishes to apply for an agreed order. <br /> NOTHING HEREIN RELIEVES RESPONDENTS FROM THEIR OBLIGATION TO <br /> COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE CODES. <br /> 8. Hearing examiner <br /> Following the hearing, the Violations Hearing Examiner may issue an order against <br /> the Respondent, even if he/she does not attend the hearing.
