Pursuant to the Order of the City of Everett Code <br /> Official the City abated the outstanding violations. <br /> The abatement of the violations on the property was completed on May 1, 2013, pursuant to the <br /> Order of the City of Everett Code Official and provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, chapter <br /> 1.20. The cost to the City for this work is $1,550.01 and an invoice is attached. According to <br /> EMC 1.20.090 (B), all costs of abatement, including incidental expenses, shall be billed to the <br /> Respondent and become due and payable 30 days from the date of this bill.
