WHEREAS,notice of Council's consideration of this Resolution was provided to the <br /> property owner; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Everett that the <br /> costs and penalties set forth in the report attached hereto is confirmed for the Property.
