Here is the story. <br /> Steve Inglesbe "Planning" asked me to look into a concern about a "deteriorated awning"on a building located at 9602 <br /> Evergreen Way. <br /> I conducted an inspection of this awning and have determined and had confirmed by our electrical division that the <br /> electrical equipment and lighting that serves this awning is damaged,deteriorated and exposed to the elements in <br /> violation of code. <br /> The awning electrical system is Unsafe as defined by section 108.1.2 of the International Property Maintenance Code. <br /> I have posted an Unsafe Equipment placard on the front door of the building. <br /> Photos, reports and documents will be entered into our CRW system. <br /> Please initiate enforcement action on this matter as your schedule allows. <br /> Thank you <br /> Ted Budden <br /> 1 <br />
