PUBLIC HEARING: (7) Accept the Everett Transit Development Plan 2018-2023 and 2017 Annual Report. ACTION ITEMS: (8) CB 1808-35-3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance regulating special events and repealing Ordinance No. 461-77 (Chapter 46.24 EMC). (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Dykeman Architects to provide additional design and engineering services for the Evergreen Branch Library Expansion Project. (10) CB 1808-36-3rd and final Reading Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the Special Construction Fund entitled, "Main Library Window Replacement Project" Fund 342, Program 019, as established by Ordinance No. 3568-17.
