This software has been used since 1996, is at end of life, and will no longer be supported by the vendor. Public Works will need to procure a new CMMS system LA Consulting Incorporated will provide Asset Management Program improvement consulting and assist in the selection of a CMMS. This Professional Services Agreement is focused on work in the Public Works Department. However,Parks, Facilities, Transit and Finance will also be included in this effort to identify each department's CMMS needs. and determine whether a new CMMS could benefit these departments in addition to Public Works. The LA Consulting Incorporated PSA is for$188,270.00. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with LA Consulting Incorporated for the Asset Management Improvement and Computer Maintenance Management System Replacement Project in the amount of$188,270.00. 5
