AMENDMENT NO. 1 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF EVERETT AND DYKEMAN, ARCHITECTS This Amendment No. 1 is dated for reference purposes 2018. It is by and between the City of Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington ("City") and Dykeman, Architects ("Service Provider"). RECITALS A. The City and Service Provider are parties to the Professional Services Agreement dated 16th day of Feb. 2017 (the "Agreement"). B. The City and the Service Provider desire to amend the Agreement for the purpose of providing additional scope of services requested for revisions to the current specifications and permit drawings, dated 05 December 2017. The revision covered includes the value analysis scope reduction items that were approved on 12 April 2018, Design and Engineering services, extending the time and compensation to support the Evergreen Branch Library Expansion Project. AGREEMENT The City and Service Provider agree as follows: 1. The Agreement is modified so that time of beginning and completion are as follows: Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance: This Agreement shall commence as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall be completed by December 31, 2019. 2. The Agreement is modified so that total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed $616,280.00. 3. The Work is modified to add the Work shown on Exhibit A to this Amendment. Additional services include: a. Coordinate and review construction document phase estimates with cost estimator. b. Compile a value analysis list of cost reduction options for owner review. c. Civil Engineering services. d. Landscape Architect services. e. Mechanical Engineering services. f. Electrical Engineering services. g. Architectural design services to modify book shelving. h. Cost Estimator services.
