Parity Bonds executed and delivered after the execution of any supplemental ordinance adopted pursuant to the provisions of this section may have a notation as to any matter provided for in such supplemental ordinance, and if such supplemental ordi- nance shall so provide, new bonds so modified as to conform in the opinion of the Council, to any modification of this Ordinance contained in any such supplemental ordinance, may be prepared and delivered without cost to the holders of any affected Parity Bonds then outstanding, upon surrender for cancellation of such bonds with all unmatured coupons and all matured coupons not fully paid, in equal aggregate principal amounts . Section 16 . Amendment of Ordinance No. 637-79 . Section 3 and Section 5 of Ordinance No. 637-79 are hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3: The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized is $8, 500, 000 which will include all costs related to design, right-of- way procurement, construction, contract admin- istration, plan development and associated costs. Section 5: A. The sum of $8, 500, 000 is hereby approp- riated to Fund No. 336, "Design and Construction of Water Reservoir No. 6, " as follows : 1. Programs 749 , 750, 751, 752 & 753 - Water Reservoir No. 6 $8 , 500 , 000 B. Source of Funds 1 . From the sale of Revenue Bonds and interest earned on invested funds during construction $8, 500, 000 Section 17 . Amendment of Ordinance No. 660-80 . Sections 3 and 5 of Ordinance No. 660-80 are hereby amended to read as follows : Section 3; The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized is $4, 600, 000 which will include all costs related to design, con- struction, contract administration, plan development and associated costs. -30-
