Any remaining undeliverable 2 funds shall inure to the benefit of the appropriate utility. 3 Section 4: All applications for latecomer agreements shall be on forms 4 approved and established by the City Engineer and shall be accompanied by a non- 5 refundable application fee of $200 plus $25 for every separate parcel to be encumbered 6 by the agreement to cover the City's expenses in processing the application. The City 7 Engineer shall establish other requirements for the form of the application. 8 Section 5: Applicants for latecomer agreements shall be in compliance with 9 all City ordinances, rules and regulations to be eligible for processing of latecomer 10 agreements. 11 Section 6: No latecomer agreement shall be considered by the City Council 12 without notice to all property owners proposed by the applicant to be encumbered by 13 the latecomer agreement.
