ORDINANCE NO. 74 Fr-0 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 2, 3 and 6 of Ordinance <br /> No. 611-79 as amended by Ordinance No. 686-8ccreating <br /> a special design and construction fund entitled "Evergreen <br /> Way Signalization, et al", and increasing the expenditure <br /> required for this project from $839,830 to $941,020. <br /> Federal obligation control indefinitely postpones all major projects and this <br /> ordinance amendment provides necessary improvements to increase Evergreen Way <br /> traffic safety and movement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Sections 2, 3 and 6 of Ordinance No. 611-79, which reads as follows: <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is given to provide for the reconstruction and <br /> improvement of traffic signal systems at the intersections of: <br /> 1) 47th/Evergreen Way <br /> 2) 50th/Evergreen Way <br /> 3) 52nd/Evergreen Way <br /> 4) Peck's Dr/Evergreen Way <br /> 5) Madison/Evergreen Way <br /> 6) 75 St/Evergreen Way <br /> 7) 79 St/Evergreen Way <br /> 8) 41 St/Rucker <br /> 9) 41 St/Colby <br /> 10) 37 St/Colby <br /> 11) 35 St/Rucker <br /> 12) Evergreen/Casino Road/Sr 526 Ramps <br /> and for the purchase of land to provide right-of-way at <br /> 13) Evergreen/Casino Road/SR 526 Ramps <br /> Section 3 : <br /> The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized is <br /> $162,290 which shall include all cost of the design, plans, specifica- <br /> tions, construction and associated costs. <br /> Section 6: <br /> The sum of $162,290 be appropriated to Fund 328 Evergreen Way Signals, <br /> et al, for the purposes of performing preliminary engineering and <br /> purchase of traffic control system hardware for the Evergreen/Casino <br /> Road/SR 526 Ramp intersections as follows: <br />
