A. Formal Subdivisions, Ordinance 4157 as amended by Ordinance no. 269-73 (E.M.C. Chapter 18.12) - Five Hundred dollars plus Ten Dollars per lot. B. Planned Residential Developments, Ordinance No. 3.572 and 414-76 (E.M.C. Chapter 19.52) - Five Hundred Dollars plus Thirty Dollars per acre. C. Zoning Reclassification, Ord. No. 3572 amended by Ord. 4129 and 4-68 (E.M.C. Chapter 19.68) - Five Hundred Dollars plus Twenty Dollars per acre provided that rezone request involving less than one-half acre in size attempting to align the property boundary with the zoning boundary shall be $150.00. .
