Section 5: REFUND OF APPLICATION FEES: Refund of application fees <br /> shall be at the discretion of the City Official responsible for administering the <br /> specific land use ordinance controlling the permit application. Provided that <br /> no refund of fees shall occur after fifteen (15) days from the date of the initial <br /> application. <br /> Section 6: ANNUAL PERMIT FEE REVIEW: On a six months basis through <br /> the year 1981 and then on an annual basis thereafter the Mayor shall direct the <br /> review of all land use development permit application fees included in this ordinance <br /> to determine whether adjustments in fee schedules should be recommended to <br /> the City Council for consideration. Proposed fee adjustments shall be made with <br /> the intent of meeting the purpose of Section 2 of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 7: REPEAL CONFLICTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: The fee <br /> provisions of any ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 8: EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective from <br /> and after its passage, approval and fifteen (15) days after becoming valid, unless <br /> otherwise provided for herein above. <br /> 4011, <br /> William E.
