ORDINANCE NO 67j S-4) An Ordinance amending the zoning map of the City of Everett as provided by Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ordinance 3572)(Tom Booker Cedar Lane Plat) WHEREAS, on March 12, 1980, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-S Single-Family Suburban Residential to R-1, Single-Family Low-Density Residential zone, and: WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that said property should be rezoned and zoned R-1, Single-Family Low-Density Residential, NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: Section 1: That the City Council of Everett does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section 4, as amended) is hereby amended as follows: The Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter Section 19 Township 28 Range 5 East; W. M. , except West 30 feet for roads, TOGETHER WITH the North half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 19, Township 28 Range 5 East W.M. , ex- cept West 30 feet for roads; All situated in Snohomish County, State of Washington. Section 3: That the official map, upon passage of this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk as hereinabove pro- vided and henceforth said property shall be used in accor- dance with the zone in which the same is now established as provided by Everett Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 3572) as amended. Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file the duly certified copy of this Ordinance with the County Auditor of Sno- mish County, Washington.
