1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. bc7 f-"Ye) <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City <br /> of Everett, as provided by Everett Municipal Code, <br /> Title 19, (Ordinance 3562) . <br /> WHEREAS, on March 12, 1980, the Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from <br /> R-2 Single-Family High-Density to C-1 General Commercial Zoning. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations <br /> of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that <br /> said property should be rezoned and zoned C-1 General Commercial. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby <br /> find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest <br /> of the City of Everett. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section 4, as amended) <br /> is hereby amended as follows: <br /> Parcel "C" <br /> Lots 1-3 inclusive, and the North 10.0 feet of Lot 4, Block 398, <br /> Riverdale Park, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of <br /> Plats, page 45, records of Snohomish County, Washington, including <br /> that portion of alley vacated under Ordinance No. 2821, lying North <br /> of the Easterly projected South line of the North 10.0 feet of said <br /> Lot 4, and, <br /> All that portion of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE') of the Southeast <br /> One-Quarter (SES) of Section 17, Township 29 North, Range 5, <br /> E. W. M. , and all that portion of the Southwest One-Quarter (SW1) <br /> of the Southwest One-Quarter (SE') of Section 16, Township 29 North, <br /> Range 5, E. W. M. , all portions lying South of 17th Street, West of <br /> East Grand Avenue and East of alley within said Block 398 and vacated <br /> by Ordinance No. 2821 and North of the following described line: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4 of said <br /> Block 398; thence South along the West line thereof a <br /> distance of 10.0 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the <br /> North line of said Lot 4, to the East line of said alley <br /> vacated under Ordinance No. 2821, to the true point of <br /> beginning; thence South along said East line of alley <br /> vacated under Ordinance No. 2821, a distance of 55.0 feet <br /> more or less; thence Easterly parallel to the South right <br /> of way margin of 17th Street vacated under Ordinance <br /> No. 629-79 to the Westerly right of way margin of East <br /> Grand Avenue. <br /> TOGETHERWITH all that portion of 17th Street abutting the Westerly <br /> 275 feet of the above-described tract, vacated by Ordinance <br /> No. 629-79; and <br /> TOGETHERWITH all that portion of State Street abutting Lots 1-3 <br /> and the North 10.0 feet of Lot 4, of said Block 398, vacated by <br /> Ordinance No. 629-79. <br />
