1 ORDINANCE NO. bc7 f-"Ye) AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as provided by Everett Municipal Code, Title 19, (Ordinance 3562) . WHEREAS, on March 12, 1980, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-2 Single-Family High-Density to C-1 General Commercial Zoning. WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that said property should be rezoned and zoned C-1 General Commercial. NOW, THEREFORE, the City does ordain: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section 4, as amended) is hereby amended as follows: Parcel "C" Lots 1-3 inclusive, and the North 10.0 feet of Lot 4, Block 398, Riverdale Park, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 45, records of Snohomish County, Washington, including that portion of alley vacated under Ordinance No. 2821, lying North of the Easterly projected South line of the North 10.0 feet of said Lot 4, and, All that portion of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE') of the Southeast One-Quarter (SES) of Section 17, Township 29 North, Range 5, E. W. M. , and all that portion of the Southwest One-Quarter (SW1) of the Southwest One-Quarter (SE') of Section 16, Township 29 North, Range 5, E. W. M. , all portions lying South of 17th Street, West of East Grand Avenue and East of alley within said Block 398 and vacated by Ordinance No. 2821 and North of the following described line: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4 of said Block 398; thence South along the West line thereof a distance of 10.0 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the North line of said Lot 4, to the East line of said alley vacated under Ordinance No. 2821, to the true point of beginning; thence South along said East line of alley vacated under Ordinance No. 2821, a distance of 55.0 feet more or less; thence Easterly parallel to the South right of way margin of 17th Street vacated under Ordinance No. 629-79 to the Westerly right of way margin of East Grand Avenue. TOGETHERWITH all that portion of 17th Street abutting the Westerly 275 feet of the above-described tract, vacated by Ordinance No. 629-79; and TOGETHERWITH all that portion of State Street abutting Lots 1-3 and the North 10.0 feet of Lot 4, of said Block 398, vacated by Ordinance No. 629-79.
