r � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. c :7 2/ 'd'zJ <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of Ordinance <br /> #640-79 providing for the vacation of: <br /> 1. 38th Street - Lombard to Alley <br /> West of Rockefeller <br /> 2. 25th Street - Rainier to a point 60 <br /> feet East of Easterly margin of <br /> Alley West of McDougall <br /> 3. McDougall Ave. - 25th to 26th Streets <br /> 4.
