ORDINANCE NO. (p.41 O <br /> An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as provided by Everett <br /> Municipal Code, Title 19, (Ordinance 3562) . <br /> ?jar € C j <br /> WHEREAS, on November 14, 1979, the Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from A-1 <br /> Agricultural Use and R-S Single-Family Suburban Residential to R-S Single- <br /> Family Suburban Residential. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations <br /> of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that said <br /> property should be rezoned and zoned R-S Single-Family Suburban Residential <br /> and R-1 Single-Family Low-Density Residential. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby <br /> find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best <br /> interest of the City of Everett. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section 4, as <br /> amended) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> Parcel A. Excluded from rezone to remain R-1 <br /> Beginning at southwest corner 2nd and Franklin Street <br /> (Spring St. ) true point of beginning Smith First Addition, <br /> to the town of Lowell; thence southerly along the west <br /> margin of 2nd Street for 300 feet more or less; thence <br /> angle right for 292 feet more or less; thence angle <br /> right for 300 feet to south margin of Franklin Street <br /> (Spring Street) ; thence angle right for 292 feet more or <br /> less to true point of beginning. <br /> Parcel B. Reconfirmed as R-S zoning <br /> That portion of the east 1/2 of Section 5, Township 28 N. , <br /> Range 5 E. , W.M. , described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the south boundary of Franklin (Spring) <br /> Street, said point being 140 feet westerly from Larimer Road <br /> (also known as Lowell-Larimer Road and as South 2nd Avenue) <br /> as measured along the south boundary of said Franklin Street; <br /> thence easterly along the south boundary line of said Franklin <br /> Street to the west boundary of said Larimer Road; <br /> thence southerly along the west boundary of said Larimer Road <br /> to a point 50 feet southerly from the south line of the <br /> vacated portion of the plat of Smith's 1st Addition to <br /> Lowell, as measured along the west boundary of said Larimer <br /> Road; <br />
