J ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. to -7- d'D <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 2 and 6 of <br /> Ordinance No. 501-78 creating a special con- <br /> struction fund entitled "19th Ave. S.E. (SR5 to <br /> 112th St. )" and increasing the appropriation required <br /> for this project to $2,056,352. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : <br /> That Sections 2 and 6 of Ordinance No. 501-78 which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to provide for construction of <br /> improvements to 19th Ave. S.E. between SR 5 and 112th St, <br /> which will result in widening the street's curb to curb <br /> width to 67 feet which will provide two traffic lanes and <br /> a bike lane in each direction, a two way left turn lane along <br /> the center of the street, sidewalks and curbs and gutters <br /> on both sides of the street, a storm sewer system and other <br /> utility relocations, street lighting, traffic signals, identi- <br /> fication signs, and other minor items of work as may be necessary <br /> to implement these improvements. <br /> "Section 6: <br /> a. The sum of $1,460,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund <br /> 323, "19th Ave. S.E. (SR 5 to 112th St. ) Street Widening" <br /> for the purposes herein specified in the following manner: <br /> Program 711-19th Ave. S.E. (SR 5 to 112th St. ) <br /> Street Widening <br /> Total Appropriation $1,460,000 <br /> b. The Source of Funds for these appropriations shall be <br /> as follows: <br /> Program 711-19th Ave. S.E. (SR 5 to 112th St. ) <br /> Street Widening <br /> Urban Arterial Board (UAB) $1,314,000 <br /> Local Matching (Fund 304- <br /> 1967 Street Bond) $ 146,000 <br /> TOTAL $1,460,000 <br /> c. This appropriation shall not lapse, but be carried <br /> forward from year to year until fully expended <br /> or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned <br /> without necessity of reappropriation, as per R.C.W. <br /> 35.33.151" <br /> THAT Sections 2 and 6 of Ordinance 501-78 are hereby amended as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to provide for construction <br /> of improvements to 19th Ave. S.E. between SR-5 and 112th St. <br /> which will result in widening the streets curb to curb <br /> width to 57 feet which will provide two traffic lanes <br /> in each direction, a two way left turn lane along the <br />
