• <br /> . c �, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing Greens Fees for the City of Everett Municipal Golf <br /> Courses, Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall. <br /> WHEREAS, there is a need to increase existing Golf Course Greens Fees in <br /> 1 order to provide necessary funds to make annual payments on the Golf Course <br /> 2 Irrigation System, and to continue the Golf Course Contingency Fund for future <br /> capital improvement projects and to provide additional revenues to offset the <br /> 3 increasing costs of maintenance and operation; and <br /> 4 ` WHEREAS, the Everett City Council adopted the policy of the City that the <br /> 5 i Golf Courses be self-supporting within their fee structures; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Annual Memberships and the Daily Rates may increase each <br /> 6 calendar year. This will be reflected from the Fiscal Budget according to the <br /> 7 annual percentage increase of salaries, maintenance and operating costs, and <br /> by comparing golf course revenues received; and <br /> 8 <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett Parks and Recreation Board at their Regular/Workshop <br /> 9 Meeting of January 22, 1980, approved a motion to increase the rates as reflected <br /> 10 below. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 11 <br /> Section I: That the Golf Course Greens Fees for Legion Memorial Golf Course <br /> 12 and Walter E.
