• Y Section 3: The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized is $4,500,000 which will include all costs related for design, construction, contract administration, plan development and associated costs. Section 4: The Public Works Director of the City of Everett under administration of the Mayor is hereby given the responsibility of conducting all tasks outlined under Section 2 above. Section 5: A. The sum of $4,500,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund No. 339 "Sanitary Sewer System Improvements" as follows: 1. Program 765 Sewer Proj. 1S1 1980 $750,000 2. Program 766 " " 1S2 1980 750,000 3. Program 767 " " 2S3 1981 750,000 4. Program 768 " " 2S4 1981 750,000 5. Program 769 " " 3S5 1982 750,000 6. Program 770 " " 3S6 1982 750,000 Total $4,500,000 Actual funds expended on each of the projects listed above may vary from the amounts indicated. Funds will be adjusted within the above designated programs to remain within the total $4,500,000 budgeted amount. B. Source of Funds 1. From the sale of Revenue Bonds and interest earned on invested funds during construction - $4,500,000 Section 6: The City Treasurer of the City of Everett shall invest the proceeds from the sale of Revenue Bonds consistent with arbitrage regulations until needed for construction. The interest earned shall be deposited in this fund and expended for this project. Section 7: This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year-to-year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of reappropriation as per R.C.W. 35.33.151.
