(c, 6J <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 5 and 7 of Ordinance <br /> No. 436-77 creating a special construction fund entitled <br /> "Central Business District (CBD) Signalization and Street <br /> Lighting Phase III" and increasing the expenditure required <br /> for this project to $647,000.00 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Sections 5 and 7 of Ordinance No. 436-77 which read <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 5: The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized <br /> is $600,000 which shall include all cost of the design, plan <br /> and specification preparation, construction and associated <br /> costs. <br /> Section 7: The sum of $600,000 be appropriated for the purposes herein <br /> specified in the following manner: <br /> a. Fund 312 - CBD SIGNALIZATION AND LIGHTING PHASE III <br /> 1. Program 601 - CBD SIG & LIGHT PH III <br /> b. SOURCE OF FUNDS <br /> FAM (Federal Grant) 479,000 <br /> FUND 301 (MOTOR VEH FUEL TAX) 24,500 <br /> SNOHOMISH COUNTY 96,500 <br /> $600,000 <br /> c. This appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried <br /> forward from year to year until fully expended or the <br /> purpose has been accomplished or abandoned, without <br /> necessity of reappropriation, as per R.C.W. 35.33.151. <br /> ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 5: The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized <br /> is $647,000 which shall include all cost of the design, plan <br /> and specification preparation, construction and <br /> associated costs. <br /> Section 7: The sum of $647,000 be appropriated for the purposes <br /> herein specified in the following manner: <br /> a.
