Notices to the Hearing Examiner Pro Tem shall be sent to the following <br /> address: <br /> Michael McCarthy <br /> McCarthy & Causseaux <br /> 902 S 10th St <br /> Tacoma, WA 98405-4537 <br /> 8. This Contract contains the complete and integrated understanding and agreement <br /> between the parties and supersedes any understanding, agreement of negotiation whether <br /> oral or written not set forth herein. <br /> 9. It is agreed that venue for any lawsuit arising out of the Contract shall be Snohomish <br /> County. <br /> 10. Any waiver by the Hearing Examiner Pro Tem or the City or the breach of any provision <br /> of this Contract by the other party will not operate, or be construed, as a waiver of any <br /> subsequent breach by either party or prevent either party from thereafter enforcing any <br /> such provisions. <br /> 11. If any part of this Contract is found to be in conflict with applicable laws, such part shall <br /> be inoperative, null and void, insofar as it is in conflict with said laws, and the remainder <br /> of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> Hearing Examiner Pro Tern Contract 2018 4 <br />
