ORDINANCE NO. 4L7� AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 5, 6 and 7 of Ordinance No. 440-77 creating a special con- struction fund entitled Golf Course Irrigation Construction Fund, and increasing the appropria- tion for this construction to $445, 000 and de- claring an emergency to exist. NOW, THEREFORE , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That sections 5, 6 and 7 of Ordinance No. 440-77 which read as follows : Section 5 : The total estimated cost of the improve- ments herein authorized is $350 , 000 which shall in- clude all cost of design, plan and specification preparation, construction and associated costs. Section 6 : The City Treasurer of the City of Everett is hereby authorized to issue construction warrants not to exceed $160 , 000 to a local bank for interim construction financing at a reasonable rate of interest. Section 7 : The sum of $350 , 000 is hereby appropriated for the purposes herein specified in the following mannner : a. Fund No. 313 - Golf Course Irrigation Construction Fund, Program 677 - Legion Memorial and W.E. Hall Memorial Golf Course Irrigation Systems . 1 . Appropriation $350, 000 2 . Source of Funds 150, 000 - Revenue Sharing Fund #x199 40 , 000 - Cumulative Reserve Parks Construction Fund ;114 8 160 , 000 - From the sale of Rev- enue Warrants upon the completion of construction This appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned, without necessity of reappropration, as per R.C.W. 35. 33 . 151 . are hereby amended as follows : Section 5: The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized is $445 , 000 which shall include all cost of design, plan and specification preparation, con- struction and associated costs .
