• <br /> 2. 25TH STREET - Rainier Avenue to a point 60 feet East of <br /> Easterly margin of alley West of McDougall, lying North <br /> of Block 568, Rucker's Third Plat and Easterly 60 feet of <br /> Block 567, Plat of Everett, and South of a portion of <br /> Bagshaw Field. <br /> 3. MCDOUGALL STREET - Between the limits of 25th Street to <br /> 26th Street, lying East of Block 567, Plat of Everett. <br /> 4. ALLEY - Between the limits of 24th-25th Street, East of <br /> Wetmore within Block 551, Plat of Monitor Addition, and <br /> Block 551, Plat of Everett. <br /> be and the same is hereby vacated pursuant to the following conditions: <br /> Section 2: <br /> The City of Everett, its successors or assigns shall not be responsible <br /> or liable for storm drainage runoff resulting from existing drainage <br /> patterns as established on City rights-of-way that may now or <br /> in the future go over, under, or across the above described street <br /> vacation. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the City of Everett retain easements to construct, operate, <br /> maintain, repair and replace all public utilities under, over <br /> and across the following described portions of vacated streets <br /> and alley: <br /> 1. 38th Street <br /> A. An easement 15 feet in width and being 7.5 feet <br /> on each side of the following described centerline. <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 17, Block <br /> 924, Plat of Everett Division "M", according to <br /> the plat thereof recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, <br /> page 8, records of Snohomish County, Washington; <br /> thence South along the Southerly projected East <br /> line of said Lot 17, a distance of 13.0 feet more <br /> or less to the point of beginning; thence Westerly <br /> being 13.0 feet more or less perpendicular from <br /> and parallel to the South line of said Block 924 <br /> and the Westerly projected South line thereof <br /> a distance of 303.66 feet more or less; thence Northerly <br /> parallel to the Southerlyprojected West line of said <br /> Block 924, a distance of 13.0 feet more or less and <br /> the terminus of this description. <br /> B. An easement 15 feet in width being 7.5 feet on <br /> each side of the centerline of the existing water <br /> line and appurtenances lying within 38th Street <br /> as it now exists. <br /> 2. 25th Street <br /> A. An easement 20 feet in width being 7.0 feet on <br /> the North side and 13 feet on the South side of <br /> the existing 40" water main described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of the intersection <br /> of 25th Street as it now exists and Rainier Avenue; <br /> thence South a distance of 7.0 feet more or less to <br /> the true point of beginning; thence Westerly being <br /> 7.0 feet more or less perpendicular from and paral- <br /> lel to the Northerly right-of-way margin of 25th <br /> Street as it now exists to a point 60.0 feet <br /> East of the Easterly right-of-way margin of the <br /> alley lying within Block 547, Plat of Everett, <br /> according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume <br /> 4 of Plats, page 1, records of Snohomish County, <br /> Washington, and the terminus of this description. <br />
