ORDINANCE NO. * -1 AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the City of Everett for 1979 , and amending Ordinance No. 569-78 as amended by Ordinance Nos . 612-79 , 613-79 , and 619-79 , and declaring an emergency to exist. WHEREAS , the City Council has now appropriated certain local, state and federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the 1979 budget; and WHEREAS , the source and application of funds have been ideni- fied; NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the fol- lowing amendments shall be made to the 1979 budget: Section 1: That the sum of $100 , 000 . 00 be appropriated in the following manner: a. Appropriation, Fund 330 - Street & Pathway Improvement 1 . Program 612 - Street Overlay Original appropriation, Ord. 569-78 $ 200, 000 . 00 Amended by this appropriation 100, 000 . 00 New Program Total $ 300, 000 . 00 b. Source of Funds - General Fund No. 002 - Cash on Hand c . Purpose - To provide financing for the resurfacing of Mukilteo Boulevard between Bayview and the West City Limits , as per Resolution No. 1677 . Section 2 : That the sum of $100 , 000 . 00 be appropriated in the following manner: a. Appropriation, Dept. 010 - Finance & Budget 1.
