1 b. The applicable minimum monthly charge for master meters outside the <br /> City limits shall be computed by adding to the appropriate sized <br /> 2 individual metered service minimum monthly charge, an additional <br /> charge of one dollar and fifty cents for each additional premises supplied <br /> 3 through such master meter. The total sum so computed shall constitute <br /> the minimum monthly charge without regard to actual consumption. <br /> 4 <br /> 3. Area Served by Pumping. In such areas outside the City limits which shall be <br /> 5 served by the City's pumping station located at 60th and Evergreen Way, the <br /> consumption and minimum monthly monthly charges shall be computed in the <br /> 6 manner specified for other metered customers outside the City up to a <br /> monthly consumption of two hundred twenty thousand cubic feet. All water <br /> 7 used monthly in excess of two hundred twenty thousand cubic feet shall be <br /> paid for at the rate of nineteen cents per one hundred cubic feet. <br /> 8 <br /> 4. Service Connection Charges. Service connection installations of all sizes <br /> 9 shall be charged at the actual cost of the complete installation but in no <br /> event shall the charge for a three-quarter inch, a one-inch or a two-inch <br /> 10 service be less than the amounts set forth in paragraph A 4b of this section. <br /> 11 5. Delinquent Penalty and Special Charges. The delinquent penalty charge as <br /> set forth in paragraph A 5 of this section and the special charges as set forth <br /> 12 in paragraph A 6 of this section, shall apply to customers outside the City <br /> limits also except that a twenty-five percent surcharge shall be added <br /> 13 thereto. <br /> 14 <br /> Section 2: Effective August 1, 1980, through July 31, 1981, the monthly water <br /> 15 <br /> rates and charges together with monthly minimum charges, special charges and <br /> 16 <br /> penalties prevailing throughout the water system shall be as follows: <br /> 17 <br /> 18 A.
