Section 1B: <br /> 1 <br /> 2 From the after August 1, 1980, through July 31, 1981, the charges <br /> for the collection and disposal of sanitary sewage waste for the classes of <br /> 3 users connected and to be connected to the sanitary sewer system or the <br /> combined sewer system are hereby fixed as follows: <br /> 4 A. Single family residence: $5.10 per month <br /> 5 B. For other than single family residence (multiple family residence, <br /> 6 commercial and industrial users, etc.) the rate shall be computed in <br /> accordance with the following formula: <br /> 7 Sewer service charge per month = <br /> 8 Metered water usage X $5.10 <br /> 900 cubic feet <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Where the use of water is such that a portion of all of the water <br /> delivered to the customer does not discharge into a City sewer due to <br /> commercial or industrial use, such as loss by evaporation or any other <br /> 11 <br /> cause or use in manufactured products, such as ice, canned goods, <br /> beverages and the like, no sewer service charge shall be made because of <br /> 12 water so used or lost; provided however, the water user shall provide proof <br /> as to the amount of sewage discharge and/or install a meter or other <br /> 13 measuring device approved by the City Engineer to determine either the <br /> amount of sewage discharge or the amount of water so used or lost. <br /> 14 <br /> Payment of the sewer service charge shall commence at the time <br /> 15 of physical connection to the sewer system. <br /> 16 <br /> Section IC: <br /> 17 <br /> 18 From the after August 1, 1981, the charges for the collection and <br /> disposal of sanitary sewage waste for the classes of users connected and <br /> 19 to be connected to the sanitary sewer system or the combined sewer <br /> system are hereby fixed as follows: <br /> 20 <br /> A.
