1979 1980 1981 <br /> 1 <br /> North Everett None None None <br /> 2 <br /> Bond Issue No. 1 System $1.40 $1.43 $1.46 <br /> 3 per ft. per ft. per ft. <br /> 4 Bond Issue No. 2 System $3.20 $3.40 $3.60 <br /> per ft. per ft. per ft. <br /> 5 <br /> Bond Issue No. 3 Issue $3.67 $4.03 $4.40 <br /> 6 per ft. per ft. per ft. <br /> 7 The rates for the year 1981 shall remain in effect for years <br /> subsequent to 1981 until the rates are otherwise established or changed by <br /> 8 ordinance of the City of Everett. <br /> 9 Payments of the connection charge for the trunk sewer shall be due <br /> and payable at the time of physical connection to the sewer system. <br /> 10 <br /> If a property owner connects directly into an interceptor or trunk <br /> 11 sewer, such ownership shall pay both the appropriate lateral and trunk <br /> rates and for the purpose of computing the connection charge, the <br /> 12 interceptor or trunk sewer shall be considered both the trunk and lateral. <br /> 13 <br /> Section 3: Person(s) of the age of 61 years or older shall be eligible to pay a <br /> 14 <br /> reduced rate for single family residence service as follows: <br /> 15 <br /> 16 $3.15 per month, to July 31, 1980; <br /> $3.80 per month, August 1, 1980, to July 31, 1981; <br /> 17 $4.50 per month, August 1, 1981, and thereafter. <br /> 18 <br /> Qualifications for said reduced rate shall be: <br /> 19 <br /> 1. The property to which the utility service is extended shall have a valid <br /> 20 <br /> property tax exemption, pursuant to RCW 84.36.381 through RCW 84.36.385. <br /> 21 <br /> 2. Claimants for said reduction shall live within the corporate limits of the <br /> 22 <br /> City of Everett and have a household income level no greater than $7,000 per year; <br /> 23 <br /> "income" as used herein shall be computed in the same manner as in RCW 84.36.381. <br /> 24 <br /> 3. No persons receiving income other than the claimant or the claimant and <br /> 25 <br /> spouse shall occupy the property to which utility service is extended. <br /> 26 <br /> PROVIDED, however, persons of the age of 61 years or older and meeting the <br /> 27 <br /> qualifications hereinabove specified but whose household income, calculated in the same <br /> 28 <br /> manner as income is calculated for purposes of RCW 84.36.381, is $4,000.00 or less shall <br /> 29 <br /> be exempt from any sewer rate increase provided for herein this ordinance and shall be <br /> 30 <br /> charged at the existing sewer rate: <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
