ORDINANCE NO. 1070 _77 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 698 for the improvement of a portion of the Plat of Queen Ann Addition by the construction of a concrete sanitary sewer, ductile iron water main, and doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 500-78 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts, and parcels or other property shown on said roll, and providing for the sale of bonds or install- ment notes. WHEREAS, the assessment roll levying the sepcial assessments against properties located in Local Improvement District No. 698 in the City of Everett, Washington, created under Ordinance No. 500-78 has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Everett, Washington, as provided by law; and WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing thereon and of making objections and protests to said roll was duly published at and for the time and in the manner provided by law and further notice thereof was duly mailed by the City Clerk to each property owner shown on said roll; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed and designated in said notice the hearing was duly held and no written protests were received and all questions concerning said roll being resolved at said hearing, and the City Council being fully advised in the premises; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 698 for the improvement of a portion of the Plat of Queen Ann Addition by the construction of a concrete sanitary sewer, ductile iron water main, and doing all such other work necessary in connection therewith all in accordance with Ordinance 500-78 of the City of Everett as same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
