Section 3 : That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 526-78 which reads as follows : Section 6 : A. The sum of $243 , 000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 325 : "Thornton A. Sullivan (Silver Lake) Park Improvements, Phase I" for the purposes herein specified, in the following manner : 1. Program 713 - Thornton A. Sullivan Park Improvements , Phase I - Equipment Purchases $ 77 , 500 2 . Program 714 - Thornton A. Sullivan Park Improvements , Phase I - Design and Construction 122 , 500 3. Program 715 - Thornton A. Sullivan Park Improvements , Phase I - Streets 43 ,000 TOTAL APPROPRIATION $243 , 000 B. The source of funds for these appropriations shall be as follows : 1.
