1 ORDINANCE NO. 6/4; " 75,7 <br /> 2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of (1) 80th <br /> 3 Street S .W. , and (2) 18th Avenue West from <br /> S.R. 526 North to its terminus . <br /> 4 <br /> 5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did by <br /> 6 Resolution No. 1494 duly adopted, fixed the 9th day of August, <br /> 7 1978, at 7 : 00 p.m. , as the date for public hearing; and <br /> 8 WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said <br /> 9 hearing and determination of said Resolution has been given by <br /> 10 the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and <br /> 11 WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing favorable <br /> 12 statements and objections to the vacating of the herein described <br /> 13 street were heard and discussed; and <br /> 14 WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of Everett that <br /> 15 the portion of said street resolved to be vacated should be <br /> 16 vacated; <br /> 17 NOW, THEREFORE , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 18 Section 1 : <br /> 19 (1) 80th Street S .W. <br /> 20 All that portion of 80th Street S .W. lying westerly <br /> of the easterly lot lines of Lots 14 and 25 according <br /> 21 to Plat of Beverly Berry Tracts Division No. 2 as <br /> recorded in Volume 10 , page 20 , Records of Snohomish <br /> 22 County, Washington <br /> Located in Section 11, Township 28 North, Range 4 <br /> 23 East WM <br /> 24 (2) 18th Avenue West <br /> 25 All that portion of 18th Avenue West according to Plat <br /> of Beverly Berry Tracts Division No. 2 as recorded in <br /> 26 Volume 10, page 20 , Records of Snohomish County, <br /> Washington, lying adjacent to Lots 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 11 , 12 , <br /> 27 13 , 14 , 28 and 29 all lying north of SR 526 <br /> 28 Located in Section 11, Township 28 North, Range 4 <br /> East WM <br /> 29 be and the same is hereby vacated pursuant to the following <br /> 30 conditions : <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
