ORDINANCE NO4/1 1- 7 <br /> An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the City <br /> of Everett, as provided by Everett Municipal Code, <br /> Title 19 (Ordinance 3512) , Southwest corner Legion <br /> Drive and 8th Street <br /> WHEREAS, on April 11, 1979, the Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-1, <br /> Single-Family Low-Density to B-2, Community Business. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations <br /> of the Planning Commission (Rezone #2-79) of the City of Everett, has deter- <br /> mined that said property should be rezoned and zoned B-2, Community Business. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby find <br /> that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best <br /> interest of the City of Everett. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by <br /> Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section 4, as <br /> amended) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> All of Lot 56 and that portion of Lot 55 described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 55, <br /> thence N. 89° 02' 08" W. a distance of 8.69 feel along the <br /> South line of Lot 55 to the True Point of Beginning; thence <br /> continue N. 89° 02' 08" W. a distance of 106.33 feet to the <br /> Southwest corner of said Lot 55; thence N. 1° 13' 27" E a <br /> distance of 63.00 feet along the West line of said Lot 55; <br /> thence N. 83° 23' 63" E a distance of 95.10 feet to a point <br /> on the East line of said Lot 55; thence S. 14° 12' E a <br /> distance of 60.98 feet along the east line of said Lot 55; <br /> thence S 75° 48' W a distance of 8.39 feet; thence S 14° 12' <br /> E a distance of 15.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; <br /> Legion Park Addition to Everett, as recorded in Volume 12 <br /> of Plats, page 4, records of Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> Section 3: That the official maps in the Building and Planning Departments <br /> shall upon the passage of this Ordinance, be amended as <br /> hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall be <br /> used in accordance with the zone in which the same is now <br /> established, as provided by Everett Municipal Code (Ordinance <br /> No. 3572) as amended. <br />
