ORDINANCE NO4/1 1- 7 An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as provided by Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ordinance 3512) , Southwest corner Legion Drive and 8th Street WHEREAS, on April 11, 1979, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-1, Single-Family Low-Density to B-2, Community Business. WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission (Rezone #2-79) of the City of Everett, has deter- mined that said property should be rezoned and zoned B-2, Community Business. NOW, THEREFORE, THE City of Everett does ordain: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section 4, as amended) is hereby amended as follows: All of Lot 56 and that portion of Lot 55 described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 55, thence N. 89° 02' 08" W. a distance of 8.69 feel along the South line of Lot 55 to the True Point of Beginning; thence continue N. 89° 02' 08" W. a distance of 106.33 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 55; thence N. 1° 13' 27" E a distance of 63.00 feet along the West line of said Lot 55; thence N. 83° 23' 63" E a distance of 95.10 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot 55; thence S. 14° 12' E a distance of 60.98 feet along the east line of said Lot 55; thence S 75° 48' W a distance of 8.39 feet; thence S 14° 12' E a distance of 15.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Legion Park Addition to Everett, as recorded in Volume 12 of Plats, page 4, records of Snohomish County, Washington. Section 3: That the official maps in the Building and Planning Departments shall upon the passage of this Ordinance, be amended as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which the same is now established, as provided by Everett Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 3572) as amended.
