• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 6PQ0.?"27 <br /> AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance 2900 , passed <br /> February 11 , 1941, which established a Local Improvement <br /> Contingent Fund, <br /> WHEREAS, the Local Improvement Contingent Fund <br /> was established to redeem outstanding bonds at the price <br /> of 10c on the dollar, which bonds were issued prior to the <br /> Guaranty Laws of the State of Washington , and <br /> WHEREAS , this Local Improvement Contingent Fund <br /> 645 has long since outlived it ' s usefulness , and no further <br /> bonds appear outstanding, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council <br /> of the City of Everett , that Fund 645 L. I .D. Contingent be <br /> repealed and that any and all assets and/or liabilities of <br /> said fund, shall be transferred to Fund 643 L. I .D.
