A decision on proposed demolition of a structure listed in the "Everett <br /> Register of Historic Places" or property within an Everett Register historic district only which <br /> provides for a public hearing or meeting before the Historic Commission and an open public <br /> hearing before the City Council. <br /> C-3. Review Process VI. A decision by City Council to approve a final subdivision, final cluster <br /> . _ _ _ •, . - . _ . _ • _ . . _ . _ -, . • : a final approval of resolution of <br /> intent to rezone. <br /> Section 2. Subsection 1.A of Chapter 4 of Ordinance 2530-01, (EMC 15.16.010) as amended, is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Article I. Types of Land Use Permit Applications <br /> 15.16.010 Land use permit processes. <br /> For the purpose of project review, all land use permit applications shall be classified as one of <br /> the following: <br /> A. Review Process I or P, minor administrative review decisions; <br /> B. Review Process II or A, planning director administrative review decisions; <br /> C. Review Process IIIA or C, hearing examiner decisions; <br /> D. Review Process IIIB, hearing examiner and city council quasi-judicial decisions; <br /> E. Review Process IV, (Reserved); <br /> F. Review Process VA, planning commission and city council land use quasi-judicial decisions; <br /> G. Review Process VB, historic commission and city council land use quasi-judicial decisions; <br /> and <br /> H. Review Process VI, city council approval of final subdivisions (plats) and final approval of <br /> performance agreement rezones. <br /> Section 3. Subsection 2.B of Chapter 4 of Ordinance 2530-01, (EMC 15.16.050) as amended, is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Article II. Review Process: Minor Administrative Decision Review <br /> 15.16.050 Decisions included. <br /> A. Review Process I applications include the following minor administrative decisions: <br /> 1. Accessory dwelling unit; <br /> 2. Alternative methods of architectural modulation in the M-1 zone as provided in Section <br /> 19.27.020(A)(2)(e); <br /> 3.
