ORDINANCE NO .6-9...2-79' An Ordinance amending the zoning map of the City of Everett as provided by Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ordinance 3572) WHEREAS, on March 7, 1979 the planning Commission held a Public Hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-1 Single-Family Low-Density Residential to C-1 General Commercial Zone. WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommenda- tions of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that said property should be rezoned and zoned C-1 General Commercial. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: Section 1: That the City Council of Everett does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section 4, as amended) is hereby amended as follows: All that portion of the East half of Government Lot 4, Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , described as follows: Commencing at the South- west corner of the Southwest quarter of said Section 7; thence North along the West line of said Section 7, for a distance of 30.00 feet to the North boundary line of Beverly Park-Mukilteo Road, as laid out and constructed; thence Easterly along the North line of said road for a distance of 773.25 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence Northerly and parallel with the West line of said section for a distance of 385.05 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the South line of section for a distance of 123.41 feet; thence Southerly and parallel with the West line of said section 7 to the North line of said Beverly Park-Mukilteo Road; thence Westerly and following the Northerly line of said Beverly Park-Mukilteo Road to the True Point of Beginning. Situated in Snohomish County, Washington. EXCEPT any portion lying Northerly of the Southerly Margin of State Road 526. SUBJECT TO Water line Easement filed under Auditor's File Number 2029737, Records of Snohomish County, State of Washington. Section 3: That the official map shown upon passage of this Ordinance be amended by the City Clerk as hereinabove provided and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which the same is now established as provided by Everett Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 3572) as amended.
