August 29, 2018 <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to accept the transit frequency option relating to off-street <br /> parking. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Tuohy who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Discussion took place regarding the minimum parking option for off-street <br /> parking, enforcement capacity, transit options, and fee charges. <br /> David Stalheim stated that Planning staff will be coming back with a fee <br /> schedule for Council's consideration. <br /> Council Member Murphy indicated that he felt the added enforcement of <br /> TDM plans (Amendment #11) addressed his concerns about reduced <br /> parking for multifamily (Amendment #10). <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to accept the TDM enforcement language to the off-street <br /> parking amendment. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Tuohy who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> McNeal, to accept the addition of the findings to the applicable <br /> ordinances. <br /> President Roberts clarified that the motion is to accept the findings <br /> consistent with the votes taken by Council this evening on potential <br /> amendments 1-11. <br /> 278 <br />
