ORDINANCE NO. 5-7/-7A? <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of <br /> the budget for the City of Everett for 1978, <br /> and amending Ordinance No. 483-77 as amended <br /> by Ordinance Nos. 502-78, 520-78, 521-78, <br /> 525-78, 559-78 and 563-78, and declaring an <br /> emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local, <br /> state and federal funds to augment previously approved pro- <br /> grams within the 1978 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been <br /> identified; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the <br /> following amendments shall be made to the 1978 budget: <br /> Section 1: That the sum of $5, 100. 00 be appropriated in <br /> the following manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 101 - Parks & Recreation <br /> 1. Program 401 - Forest Park Swim Center <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 483-77 $114, 692. 00 <br /> Amended by previous appropriations 4, 960. 00 <br /> Amended by this appropriation 5, 100. 00 <br /> New Program Total $124, 752. 00 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> Revenue from School District $ 5, 100 . 00 <br /> c. Purpose <br /> To provide funds to make available our Forest Park <br /> Swim Center facilities for the Everett School District <br /> Swim Program. <br />
