. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 541-78 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 16 . 44, Everett Municipal <br /> Code, establishing Fire Zones in the City of Everett <br /> and repealing Ordinance Nos. 3532 and 4050. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That Chapter 16.44 of the Everett Municipal Code <br /> be and is hereby amended and updated by the <br /> repeal of Ordinance Nos. 4050 and 3532. <br /> Section 2: That the entire City of Everett is hereby declared <br /> to be and is hereby established a Fire District <br /> and said Fire District shall be known and desig- <br /> nated as Fire Zone No. 1, Fire Zone No. 2 and <br /> Fire Zone No. 3. <br /> Section 3: The Land Use Zone within the City of Everett, <br /> to wit B-3, Central Business, is hereby declared <br /> to be Fire Zone No. 1. <br /> Section 4: All Land Use Zones within the City of Everett, <br /> to wit R-4, Multiple Family High Density Resi- <br /> dential; B-1, Neighborhood Shopping; B-2, Com- <br /> munity Shopping; C-1, General Commercial and <br /> R-5, Core Area Residential are hereby declared <br /> to be Fire Zone No. 2. <br /> Section 5 : All other Land Use Zones are hereby declared <br /> Fire Zone No. 3. <br /> Section 6 : That if any section, sentence, clause, or phrase <br /> of this ordinance be held to be invalid or <br /> unconstitutional, the invalidity or unconstitu- <br /> tionality of any section, sentence, clause or <br /> phrase of this ordinance, the same shall not <br /> affect the validity or constitutionality of <br /> the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof, <br /> other than the part so declared to be invalid. <br /> i / <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ity Clerk £I PU ! <br /> Passed: a- ^� 2- 3/ ? ?1 <br /> Valid: -4 " ',' <br /> Published: 3i, /9 7 <br />
