4. Conditional Use Standards <br /> a. Fills <br /> (i) Any fill permitted must have a beneficial purpose and the <br /> size of the fill must relate to achieving said purpose. <br /> A plan shall be submitted illustrating the uses proposed <br /> for the fill and its dimensions. <br /> (ii) Such fill or other materials shall be protected against <br /> erosion by riprap, vegetation cover, or bulkheading. <br /> b. Structures temporary or permanent provided: <br /> (i) Structures shall have a low flood damage potential. <br /> (ii) When permitted, structures shall offer minimum obstruction <br /> to the flow of flood waters: <br /> (a) By being paralled to the direction of flood flow. <br /> (b) By locating on the same flood flow lines <br /> as adjoining structures. <br /> (iii) Structures shall be firmly anchored to prevent flotation. <br /> (iv) Electrical and heating equipment shall be constructed <br /> two (2) feet above the regulatory flood protection <br /> elevation. <br /> c. That, as a minimum,conditional uses shall satisfy the require- <br /> pents of Federal Regulations TITLE 24 CFR, Section 1910.3. <br /> -8- <br />
