B. 1960, 1963 and 1969 Sewer Bonds. There has heretofore <br /> been created in the office of the Treasurer of the City, a special <br /> fund known as the "Everett Sewer Revenue Bond Redemption Fund" to <br /> be drawn upon for the sole purpose of paying the principal of and <br /> interest on the 1960 Sewer Bonds, the 1963 Sewer Bonds, and the <br /> 1969 Sewer Bonds. Out of amounts on hand in the 1978 Refunding <br /> Account, there shall be deposited into the "Everett Sewer Revenue <br /> Bond Redemption Fund" at the times payments of principal of and <br /> interest on the 1960, 1963 and 1969 Sewer Bonds become due, until <br /> all of such bonds have been paid, amounts sufficient to make the <br /> following payments: <br /> a. The principal of and interest on the 1960 Sewer Revenue <br /> Bonds without redemption prior to maturity. <br /> b. The principal of and interest on the 1963 Sewer Bonds <br /> without redemption prior to maturity. <br /> c. The principal of and interest on the 1969 Sewer Bonds <br /> without redemption prior to maturity. <br /> C. 1963 Water Bonds. There has heretofore been created in <br /> the office of the Treasurer of the City a special account known <br /> as the "Everett 1963 Water Revenue Refunding Bond Redemption <br /> Fund" which is to be drawn upon for the sole purpose of paying <br /> the principal of and interest on the 1963 Water Bonds. Out of <br /> amounts on hand in the 1978 Refunding Account there shall be <br /> deposited into the "Everett 1963 Water Revenue Refunding Bond <br /> Redemption Fund" at the time payments of principal and interest <br /> on the 1963 Water Bonds become due, until all of such bonds are <br /> paid, amounts sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on <br /> the 1963 Water Bonds without redemption prior to maturity. <br /> D. 1965 Water Bonds. There has heretofore been created in <br /> the office of the City Treasurer a special fund known as the <br /> "Everett 1965 Water Revenue Bond Redemption Fund.
