When the ventilating hood or exhaust system is equipped with power means of exhaust, the water 2 heater control system shall be interlocked so as to permit water heater operation only when the power means of 3 exhaust is in operation. 4 Section 26. That Section 1.207 of the Uniform Fire Code be, and is hereby 5 amended by adding a new Subsection (c). 6 Section 1707 (c) Fire Marshal Order. 7 (1) The Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention, or someone acting under his direction, shall order all dangerous structures, buildings, 8 places, conditions, or materials to be removed, corrected, vacated or demolished in such manner as shall be specific and set forth in 9 an order, which shall be substantially the following form: 10 FIRE MARSHAL ORDER 11 City of Everett 12 To 13 14 (Name of party to whom order is issued and description of premises or places by street address) 15 You, and each of you, are hereby notified by the undersigned Fire 16 Marshal that an inspection of the premises or place above described was made on the day of , 19 , at which 17 time there was found upon said above described premises or place conditions particularly dangerous to the safety of persons and 18 property and especially liable to fire or spread of fire.
