Ordinance No. 529-78 An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as provided by Everett Municipal Code. Title 19 (Ordinance 3572) WHEREAS, on May 16, 1978, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-3, Multiple Family Low-Density Residential to C-1, General Commercial. WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that said property should be rezoned and zoned C-1 General Commercial. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: That portion of the Southeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 13-18-4. Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 6, Plat of Walters Manor according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 29 of Plats, page 18, records of Snohomish County, Washington; thence West along the South line of said Lot 6 a distance of 40.0 +/- feet to the true point of beginning; thence continue West along the 'South line of said Lot 6 a distance of 160.00 feet to a point that is 120.0 +/- feet West of the Southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence South to a point of intersection with a line 150.0+7- feet at right angles to the Easterly right-of-way line of Holly Drive; thence Southwesterly parallel to and 150.0+/- feet distant from Holly Drive to an intersection with the South line of the Northeast 4 of the Southeast 4 of the Southwest 1 of said Section 13-28-4; thence Easterly along said South line to a point of intersection with a line that is 160.0+/- feet at right angles to the Westerly right-of-way line of Evergreen Way; thence Northeasterly parallel to and 160.0+/- feet distant to the Westerly right-of-way line of Evergreen Way to a point of intersection with a line that is 200.0 +/- feet at right angles to the West right- of-way line of Emander Road projected South; thence North parallel to and 200.0 +/- feet distant from the West right-of-way line of Emander Road to the point of beginning.
