Ordinance No. 529-78 <br /> An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map <br /> of the City of Everett, as provided <br /> by Everett Municipal Code. Title 19 <br /> (Ordinance 3572) <br /> WHEREAS, on May 16, 1978, the Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from <br /> R-3, Multiple Family Low-Density Residential to C-1, General Commercial. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has <br /> determined that said property should be rezoned and zoned C-1 General <br /> Commercial. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> That portion of the Southeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section <br /> 13-18-4. <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 6, Plat of Walters <br /> Manor according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 29 of <br /> Plats, page 18, records of Snohomish County, Washington; <br /> thence West along the South line of said Lot 6 a distance <br /> of 40.0 +/- feet to the true point of beginning; thence <br /> continue West along the 'South line of said Lot 6 a distance <br /> of 160.00 feet to a point that is 120.0 +/- feet West of the <br /> Southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence South to a point of <br /> intersection with a line 150.0+7- feet at right angles to <br /> the Easterly right-of-way line of Holly Drive; thence <br /> Southwesterly parallel to and 150.0+/- feet distant from <br /> Holly Drive to an intersection with the South line of <br /> the Northeast 4 of the Southeast 4 of the Southwest 1 of <br /> said Section 13-28-4; thence Easterly along said South line <br /> to a point of intersection with a line that is 160.0+/- feet <br /> at right angles to the Westerly right-of-way line of <br /> Evergreen Way; thence Northeasterly parallel to and <br /> 160.0+/- feet distant to the Westerly right-of-way line <br /> of Evergreen Way to a point of intersection with a line <br /> that is 200.0 +/- feet at right angles to the West right- <br /> of-way line of Emander Road projected South; thence North <br /> parallel to and 200.0 +/- feet distant from the West <br /> right-of-way line of Emander Road to the point of <br /> beginning. <br />
