ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of <br /> the budget for the City of Everett for 1978, <br /> and amending Ordinance No. 483-77 as amended <br /> by Ordinance Nos. 502-78, 520-78 , and 521-78 <br /> and declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local, <br /> state and federal funds to augment previously approved pro- <br /> grams within the 1978 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been <br /> identified; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the <br /> following amendments shall be made to the 1978 budget: <br /> Section 1: That the sum of $141 , 599 . 00 be appropriated <br /> in the following manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 130 - Manpower Pool <br /> 1. Program 835 - Provide Manpower Assistance <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 483-77 $344 , 934 . 00 <br /> Amended by this appropriation 141 , 599 . 00 <br /> New Program Total $486 ,533. 00 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> 1. Revenue provided by Federal Government <br /> CETA Grant $141, 599 . 00 <br /> c. Purpose <br /> To increase the appropriation to the actual amount <br /> remaining of CETA funds from Title II and Title VI , <br /> January 1, 1978 through September 30 , 1978 . <br />
