<br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the
<br /> budget for the City of Everett for 1978 , and
<br /> amending Ordinance No. 483-77 as amended by
<br /> Ordinance No. 502-78, and declaring an emergency
<br /> to exist.
<br /> WHEREAS, following the close of the 1977 fiscal year, the
<br /> Finance Department identified the accumulation of $516 , 000
<br /> of available cash as follows:
