t <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 519-78 <br /> An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as provided by Everett <br /> Municipal Code, Title 19 (Ordinance 3572) <br /> WHEREAS, on May 16, 1978, the Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from <br /> R-3 Multiple-Family Low-Density Residential to B-2 Community Shopping <br /> Zone. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations <br /> of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that <br /> said property should be rezoned and zoned B-2 Community Shopping. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of Everett does <br /> hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set <br /> forth is in the best interest of the City of <br /> Everett. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett, as established by Everett Municipal Code <br /> Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section 4, as amended) is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> All that portion of lot 10 less the north 160 feet <br /> with the easterly 10 feet of lot 11 less the <br /> northerly 160 feet of Block 2, Beverly Home Tracks <br /> Division 2, all in Snohomish County. <br /> Section 3: That the official map shall, upon the <br /> passage of this Ordinance, be amended by the City <br /> Clerk, as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said <br /> property shall be used in accordance with the zone <br /> in which the same is now established, as provided <br /> by Everett Municipal Code (Ordinance No.3572) as <br /> amended. <br /> Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to <br /> file the duly certified copy of this Ordinance with <br /> the County Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> Approved: Date: <br /> ATTEST: CITY OF EVERETT <br /> . <br /> ?SGT. , , C� -7 _ <br /> City Clerk Mayor <br /> Passed: 4o - 7 - 71 <br /> Valid: ea, - % -7P <br /> Published: 6 - /v ,-.7f <br />
