l► ORDINANCE NO. 6-75-- 7,17 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the alleys in Block 694 , Plat of Everett Land Com- pany' s First Addition, described as follows : The alley east of Cedar Street from the south right-of-way line of the alley south of Hewitt Street and the east-west alley north of Pacific. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1414 of the City of Everett, the City Council has declared its intentions to vacate said alleys; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution duly adopted, fix the 15th day of April, 1978 at 10 : 00 a.m. of said day for the hearing and determination of said resolution; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and determination of said resolution has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing favorable statements and objections to the vacating of the herein described alley were heard and discussed; and WHEREAS , it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett that the portion of said alley resolved to be vacated should be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: The alleys in Block 694 , Plat of Everett Land Company' s First Addition described as follows : The alley east of Cedar Street from the south right-of-way line of the alley south of Hewitt Street and the east-west alley north of Pacific . be and the same is hereby vacated.
