Also, Public Works will need to <br /> review the location of the ramp relative to existing utiiities(they prefer that lhe utilities are not covered), and how the ramp <br /> ties into the pubiic sidewaik. <br /> As I understand it, the building permit will not be issued until Building and Planning sign off and concurrently Public Works <br /> signs off on the Public Works permit. Once you have both the building and pubiic works permits, you can move in. <br /> Once the ramp meets the accessibility/egress requirements(seE the fiie attached in the first e-mail below), I can sign off <br /> for Buildings. I will aiso need the total square foolage of the building, including the basement. Ii ii exceeds 3000 square <br /> feet, 2 mcnitored fire alarm system is required by code. <br /> For the status of the change of use and zoning issues, Steve Ingaisbe can answer your questions. <br /> Public Works requested a site plan with the dimensioned location of the ramp, as well as sidewalks and buildinglporch <br /> footprint.
