• ORDINANCE NO. „t &L. 7 AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of (1) Dover Street between Holbrook Street and England Avenue and England Avenue from Dover Street eastward to its terminus by the installation of 6-inch water main, one fire hydrant, and 8-inch sewer line, creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor; and providing for the payment of said improvement by special assessments on the property in said District under the mode of payment by bonds or installment notes. WHEREAS, the City Council has declared its intention to order the improvement as outlined hereafter and doing all work in connection there- with to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Everett; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a hearing on January 19, 1978, after due public notice and thereafter directed that an Ordinance be presented; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett finds and declares that the improvement hereinafter described is in the public interest and hereby directs its construction. Section 2: THAT AN IMPROVEMENT BE MADE OF: (1) Dover Street between Holbrook Street and England Avenue and England Avenue from Dover Street eastward to - its terminus by the installation of 6-inch water main, one fire hydrant and 8-inch sewer line, and necessary appurtenances, including necessary road restoration, said system to include all incidental material and work necessary for a complete improvement. All of the aforesaid improvements shall be in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved.
